Delegate Bookings

Delegate Bookings are now open for the 2019 NAEP National Annual Conference.

Please see below for details of the different packages available to you. Please note there is usually high demand for the residential options so please be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.

Once again we are operating a discounted early bird offer for NAEP Members on the two night residential packages. This will run until the 26th April 2019.

Conference Packages

Two Night Conference Residential Package

Includes entry to the conference, lunch and refreshments two night’s accommodation at the Chesford Grange Hotel for 10 and 11 June 2019, with breakfast on both days, an evening meal on the Monday the 10 June 2019, and entry to the conference meal and entertainment on the evening of the Tuesday 11 June 2019.

One Night Residential Package

Includes entry to the conference, lunch and refreshments on the 11 June 2019 accommodation and entry to the conference meal and entertainment on the evening of the 11 June 2019 plus breakfast on the 12th June 2019.

Attendance for Two Days – No Hotel Accomodation

Includes entry to the Conference on 11 and 12 June 2019 with lunch and refreshments for both days.

One Day Delegate Package – No Hotel Accomodation

Includes entry to the conference / lunch and refreshments on specified day.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse bookings from commercial organisations who are not exhibiting at this event.

Please ensure that you supply a purchase order for your booking (if appropriate) otherwise we will be unable to process the booking. If you are booking as a NAEP Member please ensure that you provide a valid membership number where required.

Important Notice: To enable us to process applications effectively, if you are booking on behalf of a delegate please ensure that you provide the full details including email ID for the delegate concerned.

Cancellation of your place after 16th May 2019 will result in no refund.
