Our Conference provides an educational environment, where Community Equipment Provision and the Associated Services meet to offer a unique platform for debate, providing solutions to meet the growing demands on the Health and Social Care Services.

Learn

We have 8 different 45-minute workshops and various main-stage speakers booked for 2027. All workshops are being run twice to enable you to catch them the next day, should there be a clash in your schedule with another great workshop. There are 2 sessions each day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.

Dementia Experiences

Participate in immersive Dementia Experiences, including the D.I.E.T Dining Experience and Dementia Interpreter training. Using specialist simulation equipment, this hands-on learning places you in the world of someone living with dementia, helping you understand sensory and communication barriers.

Sometimes it isn’t until we get together with like-minded people that we can come up with great solutions, and that is what NAEP 2027 is all about. Feel united with others in your industry to talk and debate on health and social care. Share your experiences, because at times, that can be the most powerful knowledge.

All of our day passes include access to every Main Stage Talk and Workshop throughout the event, Exhibitor Halls, Refreshments, Lunch and free On-site Parking. As we design our Conferences to be educational for all delegates, after the event we will provide you with the supporting presentations that our speakers use during the event, to refer back to at your leisure.

About NAEP

The National Association of Equipment Providers (NAEP) was inaugurated in 1999 as a ‘not for profit organisation’ and as an unincorporated association to represent members in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We represent those in Health, Social Care, Voluntary or Private Sectors for Equipment Provision or within a Social Enterprise covering community provision. Including those who play a part in sourcing equipment and wheelchair services within the community, incorporating all the essential elements such as assessment, supply, loan, commissioning and procurement.

The National Association of Equipment Providers is not just for ‘Community Equipment providers’ – Our remit and current membership profiles span all equipment and assistive technology providers, whether in the community, the acute sector or other associated sectors.
