Booking Terms

Once you have submitted the online booking form you (Delegate Email Address) and we shall both receive a copy of the form information (this does not confirm your place at the conference is booked). We shall then check availability and return an invoice to the invoicing and delegate email addresses provided, as confirmation of your booking. This must be paid within 30 days to secure your space. If you require any amendments to the booking or invoice, please keep in contact with us on [email protected]

Once your booking has been confirmed and you have received your invoice you can either pay with a Card Online or BACS (details will be on your invoice).

Once payment has been received a receipt shall be sent from our system to the invoicing and delegate email addresses, this confirms the space has been reserved. A the beginning of June, all booked delegates shall receive their joining instructions with details such as arrival times, programme information etc, this is why we need to collect the individual delegates' details as well as your invoicing information. Delegates details shall also be shared with other exhibitors and attendees for the NAEP event but no other external providers as detailed in our privacy policy, by booking your place at the conference you agree to this information to be suitably shared in accordance with our policies.

PLEASE NOTE: All discounted Members Rate bookings will be checked against a paid 2027 NAEP Membership. If you are not yet a member but would like to join at the same time as booking your place at the conference, then please get in touch with our Membership Administrator - [email protected]

Refunds will not be provided for any cancellations after 1^st May 2027
