All of our content and documents held within our sites, or provided by NAEP via email or other such means (post, in person etc) are protected by copyright.

Permission for use of any content related to NAEP or sourced from NAEP either in part or in full must be obtained from the NAEP Executive Team via an email request to [email protected].

Without this permission, content may not be displayed, shared, copied or adapted in any manner. Full disclosure of use must be detailed when permission is requested in writing and may not be used prior to written confirmation from the NAEP Executive Team being issued.

If it is found that permission was not issued prior to use, in any manner, then legal proceedings will be commenced in relation to but not only limited to The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
